On 1-24-19, the body of Bross was discovered inside his home in the 1400 block of Strand Way in Oceano.
Detectives are trying to locate a person described as a White, male adult in his 30's to 40's, thin build, approximately 6' 1" tall, with bushy dark brown hair that is somewhat long. He was wearing a jacket, possibly letterman-style that contained the color green on it. He is thought to go by the name of Jimmy.
He is associated with an older model (more than 15 years old) 4-door sedan, possibly a Ford. It was dented and gray or dull silver in color. The car was possibly seen on Pier Avenue.
The person was seen with Bross on Tuesday, 1-22-19 and Detectives would like to speak with him.

An autopsy has been performed. The cause of death is pending the results of toxicology tests which typically take 6-8 weeks.
