As of today, 5-7-19 five of the victims have been treated and released from the hospital, and the last victim is due to be released today.

Contact: Grace NorrisPhone: (805) 781-4483Date and time of incident: 5-5-19, Approximately 12:00 AMPlace of Occurrence: Oceano DunesVictim Information: N/ASuspect Information: Francisco Orozco, 19, Oakland CAOn Sunday 5-5-19 at approximately 12:00 AM, reports of shots fired at the Oceano Dunes were called in to State Parks. Six individuals were taken to local hospitals for treatment, five of which sustained gunshot wounds. The Sheriff's Office is the leading agency on this investigation, and the investigation is on-going.
